We’re Mike and Lisa, and we believe the best places to stay are the ones that truly feel like home. As longtime homeowners and real estate investors, we’ve put a lot of thought and care into creating comfortable, welcoming spaces where families and friends can relax, reconnect, and make great memories together. We personally enjoy spending time in both South Carolina and Florida, so these aren’t just rental properties to us—they’re places and communities we genuinely love.

We especially enjoy the little details that make a stay easier and more comfortable, from well-stocked kitchens and inviting gathering spaces to comfortable beds and outdoor areas where everyone can unwind. After years of having our homes professionally managed, we decided to manage them ourselves so we could be more personally involved with our guests and provide the kind of hospitality we would want when traveling.
